We know that every event is unique. As such, the services listed below are just our standard offerings at starting price points.
Each package is entirely customizable, and services can be discussed during a complimentary consultation with our lead planner.
Day-Of Coordination
• one pre-wedding consultation, roughly 3 weeks prior to your event
• up to 8 hours of on-site event coverage
• setting up and styling of all day-of details (arranging favours, place cards, programs, gifts, guest book, signage)
• acting as main vendor point-of-contact on the day of your wedding
• directing of all event processionals
• distribution and pinning of corsages and boutonnieres
• distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors
• problem solving of any issues that may arise
Month-Of Coordination
* everything offered in Day-Of Coordination Package, plus:
• services beginning 30 days before your wedding date
• up to 3 pre-wedding meetings
• creation of a detailed day-of timeline
• finalizing of guest list & meal choices (including dietary restrictions)
• proofreading of placecards & seating chart, upon request
• final review of vendor contracts
• rehearsal attendance (schedules permitting)
